how long do you usually ride for? first day i went riding just around the area, came back with sore back, neck and every other muscle in my body, took me a while to figure out it was from riding, me thinks lol

you wouldn't know where i could pick up a nice green ladies kawasaki jacket? i had a look around but theyr all black/blue/gray.. i really like green but noone seems to have it ... any tips?

trust me i hate working Sundays :x

 What happened there????

Also ... the sooner you get out n about with others .. the better your riding will become ... (especially on the OPH :D ) ...

Dont worry bout the 80 limit ... the OPH limit is 60, and we all adhere to this .. :P ..

Also ... there is a Regular-Semi-Regular-Saturday ride that takes place .... .only thing is trying to co-ordinate the other semi-regular-saturday-regular riders . ..

Failing that .... There is a secret Wednesday Elite run (shhhh 8) ) ... that is always fun 8)

And on the seventh day Richo ended his work which he had made. Decided resting was for soft cox, straddled the REX and headed up the old road.
And it was good

Hey sweets me L plater and me go slow, I call it riding like Miss Daisey, don't fret about riding slow, there are plenty of us that are happy to hang and help, whatever you feel comfortable is what is right, if there is someone out near your way that can bring you up to Ol road would be awesome to meet you and give you a spin on the ol road, you will love it. Oh me girl rider to :kuda: :kuda: :kuda:

yea the oph runs generally have a group of l platers (me being one of them) the sooner you get up to the rides on Sat/Sun up the oph the sooner you will learn to ride.

I tend to try and ride both days, but like richo said the saturday runs are hard to co-ordinate. We all like to sleep in on saturdays

I have felt that by riding regularily on the oph (for the 3 weeks that I have been on my l's :p) I am much more confident in riding everywhere.

Welcome Millie. There's also a crew that ride through the National Park early on a Sunday as well if you don't feel up to riding so far north. As for the jacket, head into Aitken's which is just down the road from you (Newbridge Road) and tell them you are a member here and they will look after you. They are a sponsor and look after us very well as well as give us a 10% discount.

G'day Millie and Welcome..............

Could be your riding position or maybe you just need to relax your arms and hands a bit, you are probably gripping the bars too tight...........
