You can get some quality boots at a decent price these days.

Only accessory if recommend for a Ninja300 would be a set of crash protectors/crash's to save you money of the unfortunate eventuates!
Take it from me that they save your pride and joy from a lot of damage in a low/medium speed spill!

and probably best to tuck ur baggy jeans in too as if that gets taken up by ur front sprocket shit can go down,
