Seriously, if you guys can't see anything in your mirrors other than your elbows then you must have watermelons for arms! The 07 is no worse than the 05 as far as mirrors go and while you get to see plenty of elbow in them, it's also pretty easy to move your arms out of the way as I-K described. The only time I have any problems is when I've got my rainsuit on and the arms and body of it billow out so I can't see under my arm...but I can still see out the sides.

...and yes I commute every day, regularly use my mirrors to help in the traffic and lane split without hitting them on anything. The head check is good for the blind spot that no mirrors are every going to let you see, and given the riding position it is almost impossible to turn your head far enough to see directly behind you. If you reckon it's a good replacement for mirrors then you are deluding yourself or have an inspector gadget neck that can rotate 360 degrees then extend over your shoulder....which would look pretty funny with the watermelon arms

That thought is keeping me warm and fuzzy inside through a compo case which is now set to enter its seventh year... the count for associated surgical procedures looks like it'll remain at its present value of four.

Nice going, Mick. You've gone and given Kishy an excuse to again post that photo of him flexing.

Can't take you anywhere...

As opposed to the headlights, which only add to the race bike look of course.
