Pittster..

The rear is already down 2".. really cant go down any further or it would be a solid rear end..!!

Still it was built up as a fun cruiser.. it is great to ride.. no stress,, awesome fun..

I love the look now.. so it's just ride until I get sick of it and sell it to another happy buyer..!!

Its all good Im used to the look of a lowered soft tail custom with a fatter rear tyre, they sit in the gaurd looks "neat"

Kinda like that

I dont mind riding cruisers but the lean angle gets me everytime "lean scrap ohh crap :kuda: "

Pittster, I love that look as well... with the big extra wide tyre and really low..

I looked into that when I picked the vulcan up, but the rear wheel changeover and the rear guard is just way too much.. I only wanted to spend so much when I got this bike and keep it on budget.. so this is as far as I will be going with it...

It does ride really well, and the 'Stage 1 power up kit' has given me a good boost in HP... but I do agree with you, absoloutely no lean angle here, especially with a pillion...

Thanks for the comments though..

I have only recently purchased my vulcan and I am as happy as can be, I'm lucky mine had the wheel fitted and I must say it looks the part and the ride is great.
Let me know what you think...

Hi Vulcano...

The bike looks fantastic...!! You got a winner there.. Has all the fuelling been done (as in an extrenal fuel processor fitted ?) also you have to get a rear brake re-location bracket.. it moves the rear brake caliper to the underside so it doesn't spoin the look of the wheel.. see my pics.. works perfectly, fits perfectly too... Check 'Bad Panny Customs' website in WA. apart from that it looks hot..

I am not sure how long I will have my Cruiser for, as I have always been a sportbike fan.. so it may be for sale in the near future, but I do enjoy the ride and love the look...

Hi,
Yes it has the fuel manager system fitted, I like the idea of moving the calliper I am actually having both callipers chromed for a more styled look.
I really enjoy the ride, this is my first cruiser I've always been a super bike guy.

OK, well I had my fun but it's back to my fast ZX10 again..!!

Had a ball building up the Vulcan, and yes it was fun to ride, my only criticism of this bike is that it probably need to be a 1200cc.. then it would become one of the most wanted bikes to customise I reckon..

Excellent bike, but it is now SOLD - SOLD - SOLD !!

Still way too much sportbike blood in my veins.. ;)
