Irish Road Racing Championship - Kawi Wins

Postby MadKaw » Mon Sep 14, 2009 11:45 am

Ryan Farquar had a double win at the Killalan round on the weekend.

From the Real Road Racing site...

Ryan's two wins so far today at Killalane means he moves past Joey Dunlop's all time record for national road race wins, with a new total of 120.

Congratulations to Ryan on a huge achievement!

See. we only bother being competitive in the Premier classes in road racing, which everyones knows only exists in Canada and Ireland... massive bike markets.....massive.

Go the Farquar man................. as in Farquargood
It's really all about standing around drinking Dave's beer.

Yea Ryan has had a huge year 8) .
Although Ryan has had tremendous support from Kenny Harker since leaving McAdoo Kawasaki, he hasn't had the full spec superbike machinery available to do the business in the international events like the UGP, NorthWest200 and Isle of Man TT, so hopefully next year he can get the right deal, because he really has the talent.
Also in relation to Joeys wins they were different times and competition, and Joey had many years where he rarely competed in the Irish national road races as he was riding international events mainly (F1 world championships). But its Farquhar time now :D .
His superstock ZX10 is up for sale and was clocked at 184mph at Dundrod NI. If you wish to buy it let me know lol.. :kuda: :kuda:
Big Al
I told the wife I would be home after 8..... (I meant 8 Pints)
