Can anyone recommend a good bike mechanic for a complete engine rebuild in Melbourne area

Tristan at redline motorcycles is pretty good. Does everything the way it should be and good to deal with.

If you want an alternative, Brett at Madbiker in Ferntreegully seems to spend his life rebuilding engines.
Small shop, just him and apprentices.
