Hi all :kuda:
I've just fitted a set of rwu ohlins on the front {thanks Phil } and i'm curious to know what settings others are running. what you've played with etc
I started with how they came out the box and first ride feels good but have'nt pushed it.
Setting are - Flush in triple clamps, 3 lines preload, rebound 28 clicks out of 40 and compression i havent fully played with yet.
I'd also like to know what Your first impression were and what you thought as you put some klm's on em
Cheers
Adza. :D

Phil converts another one :D

I've run with the settings for rebound and compression that Drew sent them with. I've stiffened up the preload to two rings though.

It feels sensational, tips in a heap quicker and holds lines mid corner a hell of a lot better. When I first put them on I was exiting too tight everywhere.

Best money you can spend on a ZRX I reckon. Welcome to the "orleans" club.

Well it sounds like I've got the same setup from Drew. 2 rings showing on the preload and the 3rd is flush. I'll dial it up as I get some more klms on them. holds in the corners now like you say I don't feel like I need to throw out a grappling hook to get around.

Nothing like a little trip to "orleans"

I have already passed on the settings on my forks via txt, although they were from the fully wound in position and the setting mentioned by Adza in his forst post sounds like from fully out.

As I also mentioned to him I have slightly more oil in mine as well and the oil is about the be changed for the second time.

You can get the Ohlins fork oil from Steve Mudford at Technical Partners ;)

Enjoy........ :kuda:
