V12 page 598 s/s game

On page 598 of the same same game there is a pic of a V12 Z2300 conversion, how is it that the cylinders on the near side of the photo are not offset to allow for the 2 con rods on the crank. Am I missing some thing here, or is it just a mock up.

What the heck is that anyways? Where do you get a V12 motor from?

That's one of Allen Millyard's bikes. The cylinder banks aren't offset because the conrod big ends aren't side by side like in previous engines he'd grafted together.

This article mentions that they are linked like a radial engine - so one rod is piggybacked off the other that is fixed to the crank.
