Just a quick update, there is a bit of a difference in opinion wether to have your bike tuned after you remove your cat and install a mid pipe and slip on, this is just my experience.
since installing the AR mid pipe and shorty slip on, i was noticing some spluttering low down in the rev range while getting on the gas and also some heavy popping on decel.
now that i have had the bike tuned with the Woolich racing software, i would like to share the dyno results, they may look pretty modest.
Before- max power 167.5hp @ 12811rpm, max torque 74.1 lb-ft @ 10678 rpm.
After- max power 173.4hp @ 12536rpm, max torque 76.5 lb-ft @ 10664 rpm.
but the difference in the smoothness of power delivery is quite unbelievable, it feels like a completely different bike after only a few hours of adjustment using the software, i imagine this can continually be improved on with the log box pro.
As i mentioned above this is just my experience/opinion..
