1 polished swing arm coming up!

Postby robracer » Sun Nov 04, 2007 8:47 pm

Well after having sat on this one for a while I have finally fitted the new swingarm as the original had been damaged.
Thanks to slow&wobbly for his craftsmanship in the polishing department + picked up a carbon fiber hugger that will take the warmers not like the original crappy hugger. I will post some more pics when I move the bike out of the workshop. :D

It looks OK Rob ... but perhaps you should think about painting it black to match the rest of the frame :D :D :D

 coming from the home workshop some improvisation has been needed & yes I will be sorting the bracket when time permits but the main thing at the moment is getting the bike rideable & I will sort out the detail later  the springs work fine for my special pipe (wreckers special)......this is a budget bike you know ;) the screen door will have to stay off for the time being

Thse pics dont do the swingarm justice it gleems ... seems like a bit of overkill but at a good price its better than the dinged one!
