Black Magic's Bling

Postby Black Magic » Sun Sep 02, 2007 5:36 am

Lost my whole thread in the crash- so everyone's input on the ER6f's modifications have been lost!

I am now waiting on an Ermax rear hugger (as I got mud from my bum to my helmet in the rain last week!
Also I have George at Metzi Seat Skinz doing me a new seat cover- which should be here tomorrow, so I will post more pics.

-Two Brothers Racing Titanium exhaust
-Coerce Titanium Bars
-Renthal Bar ends
-Anodised rider and pillion pegs
-Zero Gravity tinted screen
-Targa Tail Kit
-Ermax rear hugger
-Metzi Seat Skinz seat cover

Here is the link to the video again-

Thanks neka. :)

There is about a month wait on the hugger- no riding in the rain in the mean time.
I had mud spray up the back of my pants, straight up my jacket and onto my helmet in the rain after I put the new tail kit on!

Yes- even without a seat at the moment i have started it up just to listen to it. 8)

Lots of unnecessary downshifting going on during rides now! :D

I may need to look for a new place to live with no neighbours though- you can hear it two streets away.

OMG!

My new seat cover just arrived and it is AWESOME!

It was done by Metzi Moto Skinz in NSW.

From start to finish George at Metzi has given the most exceptional service. All of my requests and emails were answered pronto, and no question was treated as silly or irrelevant (unlike my previous online ordering experience.)

About an hour ago my seat arrived (it only took one week exactly from when I posted it off.)

The seat looks unbelievably good and the quality is exceptional. I would highly recommend using this company.

Now just waiting for my hugger ( a month wait from the US  )

It is a removable cover (elasticised and velcro underneath.)

They have designers that will do whatever you like, or make it to your design.

They also do a re-trim of your seat if you prefer that.

$244 including Express Post- one week from the day I sent it!
(I have had quotes of up to $650 from other places!)

The quality is amazing (makes the old seat quality look like a piece of crap.)

George from Metzi couldn't do enough to help.

Great to have a 'good service' story to share. :D

Thank you kind sir! 8)

That is exactly what I thought- the seat has had the most visual impact of all the mods.

But oohhhh! The noise of that exhaust! 8)

Bike looks great. What I don't get though, is how is a hugger going to keep mud off your back? :)
2 X ZRX1200R 4 X ER6N, GT550, 1988 ZX-10, 4 X GPZ250R, 4 X GPZ900R and GPZ750R :) Yeah I like Kawasakis.
