Ninja 250 BLING n shit

Fri May 20, 2011 5:55 pm

Bought a new ninja when i first got my license 4 months or so ago. Decided it was time to spend a bit of money making it different to all the other learner ninjas out there

Put on a MGP growler exhaust.
KUDA sticker in gold
gold brake and clutch lever
gold rim tape.
Still waiting for my gold kawasaki belly pan stickers.

Any other ideas to make it "unique"?
so far on my list is
Fender eliminator
clipon handle bars to move them forward giving it a bit more of an aggressive stance when i'm riding.
Decent tyres when the factory ones have had it
seat cowl

i cant see a set of clipons actually fitting with the fairing you might get them on but when it comes to riding your hands will sit on the bars not around them

I wouldn't do anything that can't be reversed easily. In eight months you'll be over it and want something bigger. Think about ease of sale when you want to, sell it stock and then flog off your bits to the next guy.

Good luck with it though...enjoy.

From what i've read on another forum. the only problem with clip ons on a 250r is that you can't full lock as the bars hit the fairings. i want to find someone with them and see if it really is a big problem or if he can still ride without too much hassle
