That new CBR is bloody horrible, a backward step, it looks more like those really really ugly early CBR 600's, spew spew spew.

Hey "Aswell" you may wanna check your figures 7.5 nm of torque I reckon the "original Kylie" would use that to Toss a leg up n over the the Best looking 04 zx6r in Qld.
Mind you 7.5 would make a Slipper clutch earn its oil thats for sure.

I'd say that's because the figures don't look so good. With the old zx7rr, the output was less than the standard r model. Doesn't seem to be a real issue as people buying these are usually racing them in some way going to mod them anyway and so understand whats going on. What the RR models do offer are more scope for tunability in the engine, chassis, and suspension departments. There's no point squeezing every little bit of grunt out off it when customers are just going to rip them apart anyway.

Also, in the case of the new 6r, it is onlt 599cc compared to the regular 636.

I would be interested if any one did have figures for the 6rr. :)
It is far better to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even if chequered with failure, than to take rank with those who neither enjoy much nor suffer much, as they live in grey twilight that knows no victory nor defeat.
