Zx14r steering damper

Does anyone run a steering damper on their zx14r? What sort? How do you find it? And where did you get it?

After reading some forums I am surprised I have not crashed just moving it out of the shed since I don't have one

Probably all bullshit mate. When the Crims were released if you didn't have a steering damper then they apparently just threw themselves into trees on the side of the road. I never needed one other than on the track.

If your running it down the strip then go for one like brocks kit that allows for a strap setup by giving clearance around the head stock.
You can then return it to stock height easily when you ride home.
You will eventually want to lower it.
If its drag only and will stay at one height then your options are greater.

My plans are to put adjustable rear lowering links and drop the front and rear 1 inch but it will allow me to let me if I go that way
