Thanks Disco.
The download speed from the server is painfully slow but I'll just do other things while I wait.
No 91 Model but the engines will be identical I would expect in the 93
Off to Lorne in the morning with 50+ bikes and we leave at 7 am (oh my god!!!!)
Better be worth it.

Cheer's Mick. It did eventually download, took about two hour's and I have fast Broadband.
It's for the 93 "d" Models onward but should be close enough I would hope.
Lorne ride was awsome this morning but bloody cold.
Do you reckon the fact that it sat a year garaged might be the reason the clutch occasionally slips while engine is cold?

Bought the new Clutch plates and Springs from our sponsor and they will arrive next week.
I love doing all my own mechs but I have never done the clutch on a bike.
Any pointers Boy's and Girl's (Daisy) Hint's and Tip's???? :D

Just off topic for a sec....just saw another ZZR 1100 on E-Bay... A 1991 "D" Model
