GPX750 Exhaust

Postby Hawksam » Sat Nov 26, 2011 9:05 am

:D g'day guys just wondering I have a home made muffler on my GPX 750 and would like to know if there are any slip ons you can get instead. She is a bit of a dog under 4000 rpm thinking this might help the lower range.

Cheers

And on the seventh day Richo ended his work which he had made. Decided resting was for soft cox, straddled the REX and headed up the old road.
And it was good

The ones on eBay are from someone wrecking they are original mufflers.
Would like to put an after market one on.

Give ken from megacycle a ring,
As smitty said, megacycle does them, have used ken in the past a few times, he did my 750 turbo years ago, my 83 ELR, as well as my 03 z1000, kazz's ER6, so what im saying is he does do a good job.
And he's prob cheaper than others opitions.

Small threadjack but I notice you've got the ventura rack on backwards, and the seat cowl, on the 12. No issues with vibration causing rubbing?

I had a Formula-1 system, they are easy to fit, once you figure out how the hell to remove the rest of the bike parts to get access to installing it. Not a bad note to it either  .

Only thing with megacycle, is that there loud. they have all been loud, except the 750 turbo.
Ive got one on my ZX7R, was on it when i bought it a few years ago, and its loud, as in loud, strange, cause i havent been hassled bout it!!! only dangerous things like fender elimitator's!!!!
