GPz900R and GPz750 Turbo promo films on YouTube

Postby Mister_T » Sat Nov 12, 2016 2:51 pm

Came across these two items of nostalgia:

14:31

9:29

The 750 film starts off a bit arty farty but eventually gets into the real riding with the turbo whistling.
Interesting to see the period riding gear as well.
Sure beats a cat playing a piano.

Alas no GPX750 promo film found. The GPX750 was a bit slower over the quarter mile compared to a GPz900 (but not shamefully so), while the GPX had a bit more top speed if you believe: http://www.cycleworld.com/2013/12/24/30 ... 1-part-one (but no mention of the 750 Turbo).
