A couple of pics .
KR number 4 is being stripped for bits and am starting to do a bit of grinding on the transfer ports and will match the barrells to the cases . Having plenty of fun just pulling the motor apart with out having to worry too much . Its crank is really seized up but the box should be good . Its only for spares and great to learn my way around the motor .
Check out how clean the fluid is from the drain plug . Its WATER ! :x

Had a session with the KRs on Sunday and finally got the shiny one running on 2 cylinders at lower revs . Lots of trial and error swapping bits back and forward with a few false leads finally got to a dodgy primary jet and another jet that I have no idea what it does , both being blocked .
Now she runs quite well with some power down low , well feck all really but enough to get off the line  Rushes up to 11 grand in the lower gears and sounds great
A bit more fine tuning to come but fun for now .
The trackie got a bit of a clean up and stripped the right side of the engine to change a kick start seal . Swopped a few parts from the wreck donor bike that show less wear and should make the clutch a bit smoother (like I give a stuff about a smooth clutch on the track :D )
Unfortunately while tinkering I found a crack in the engine mount . Bugger .
Better get the other trackie up and running for PI asap .

glad you've got it started, from memory the jets in the carbs are (in no particular order)
The main jet (obviously the big fugger at the middle of the float bowl)
the idle fuel jet, (this is what caused me so many nightmares in my other thread)
The choke fuel pickup
and lastly the idle air jet.

Better have a look in the 4th dimension for some carb rubbers to suit . You would have some surely
