Pods open up the air-flow a lot, so you will definitely need to rejet once you put the pods on. As Phil said, they can be a pain in windy, rainy conditions and I have had mine develop a miss riding in torrential conditions. I personally think the ZRX looks better with pods and if you want the extra performance, they allow the airflow for that; they also open up the storage section under the seat to double its capacity with the battery out kit from Motofab http://www.moto-fab.com/motorcycle-part ... od_29.html , but they do have their drawbacks if you don't cover them.
