Theres not a lot of club racing around these days..
Try St George MC club, they have a series this year but not sure where your bike fits in.

Theres also the PCRA who have new era 1 for up to 90 models and new era 2 for up to 95.
Yours would be new era 2.

Suggest you get a bigger bike as these things do not have a class of their own. It has been tried before but never took off so they race with the 125 GP bikes & get hosed. It is very expensive to enter & compete to not really have a chance
I would jusk do track days or step up to another bike to compete.
Last time I had the CBR250 RR at the track racing was with the St George MCC Series as that was all thet was available
As Dave suggested PCRA is a good alternative as it is cheaper

Looking at the pcra series I would say it would go in formula 3 - •< 408cc Production 4 Stroke Machines..
Will be racing against the 400's... and some of those are damn fast... especially at Wakefield and Oran..
