I leant something today..
The chain guard on the 91/92 zxr750 is slightly different to the one the the 93 to 95.
But as you have to pull the swingarm out to get to it, I only found this out after I had it, as from all appearances they look exactly the same.
It seems the hole the swingarm pivot goes through is bigger in the 93 to 95 and there is a couple of other minor differnences..
No probs, I figured, it didn't look to hard to modify so I took to it with my trusty stanley knife...
Anyway, on the way back from the hospital I decided the stanley knife was not a good option and dropped into Damo's and borrowed his dremel.
Great little device this and it easily modded the chain guard. Only a little additional blood was spillt and its all together again...

Probly not for long....

hope u didnt cut off anything too important (clutch finger or brake finger)....

Or for tonight, drinking muscles.

But seriously i would have used a round file to take it out accurately, then again a dremel is pretty kick arse.

Maybe you should consider one of these, same speeds as a dremel, takes dremel bits as well as being a shitload cheaper than a dremel. Also if you get one, do as i did and get this too.

being a tight arse, and always wanting more tools, but nowhere to put em, and not liking spending money..i might go get me some!!

C'mon you don't think it's actually a Dremmel, to bloody exy for the amount you use 'em.

Cheap and nasty at $40 and works a treat, not that I do to many bike tweeks anymore
