well ok maybe not but we are catching up.

lane filtering
riding on the shoulder
using bike lanes
controlling at motorcycle, and
helmet standards

would have been nice to have this in a few months ago when i got fined for not having both feet on the footpegs!

Wow. Common sense....who would've thought?
