I concur - riding the posite is a blast!
That's not to say I wouldn't rather a bigger bike again - but it's fun to wring something's neck.

I was watching the Swan series from 1984 the other night & Will Hagon was carrying on about how "ORSUM" Gardner's NSR500 Gp bike was ..it had a mind numbing 130 odd bhp at the wheel Shocked

If you had 105 at the wheel (real and not some bulshit optimistic make you feel great dyno) I'll bare my arse in bourke st. GPX's in the best state of tune were good for 80! A set of cams and an zorst. Maybe 84. Other than that you have your (your dyno man's) hand on it!!!

Aha the secret to the Strika riding style has been let out at last, I knew if I followed these ramblings for long enuf it would been revealed.

geeez
yours was mustabin a dog
Kawasaki rated the GeepeeX at 78kw or 106ps..standard flywheel
then add cams and zorst ..the 105rw I quote was on the Dynobike
dyno while they were tuning the carbs after the headgasket
timing chain and cams got done not long after I got the bike
btw
your 80 rwhp means a 20-25% transmission loss
from standard...thats not good I reckon
what you say sounds like my ol' GeepeeZED750
with the old aircooled engine..we talking same bike?
cheers
