got my Ventura Rack sorted for ZX10R

sold the ZX9R.
Got a DNA air filter
Got a Sato full exhaust system for ZX10R, hand made tuned titanium with carbon can coming from LA. Postage was wild, so i added the Brembo RCS19 adjustable master cylinder and reservior. Should turn up early next week.
CBR1000 2011 monoblock calipers turned up. filed the dowl off 1 side of the spacers. Will fit them up when the MS arrives. Need to choose a pair of front pads.
Got a track day at Luddenham this Saturday, cant wait. Gunna be 38 degrees.. bugger.

nup, just fitted it all up. I wasnt getting a Brembo master, but the shipping on the full Sato system from LA was so much i asked the guy his best price on a RCS19, $259 USD and no shipping costs because of the big ass box comin already. So i jumped on it

fitted the Sato full exhaust system last night.
Rode to work and back today. Massive improvement over stock headers and single 2 brothers exhaust. Nice deep note to the exhaust now. Noticeable extra power throughout the entire rev range, engine breathing easier during gear changes, lots more power in the mid range, top end is just crazy fast. I think its running cooler too. Had to do some trimming on the lower fairings.
The existing header pipes and into 1 section weighed 2.6kg, the titanium headers and 4-1 section didnt even register on the bathroom scales, felt like half the weight, other pipe and can similar with less weight.
Next stage is put the PC5 on and get a Dyno Tune

Dyno guy did well. Bike had BP 95 in it.
Bike was making 160hp and climbing. interesting that at the redline the rev limiter cut in at the indicated 13,000rpm, but bike was actually at 12,000.
Top chart was a run in 4th gear. Some of the runs where done under resistance, apparently not all Dyno machines can do that. The Sato exhaust has provision for an O2 sensor, so he used that for his sensor. I will post up a screenshot of the fueling map when i get a chance.
I rode the bike to work for the first time today after tuning, its soooo smooth and responsive, no more popping and backfire, power comes on early and just keeps building. Bike runs cooler too.
I have a 7 day ride coming up through the mountains on the NSW/Victoria border, looking forward to that now the bike is running so well.

Sounds like she is coming along nicely.

When are you heading down the Snowies? Heading down that way in about 6 weeks with a few mates.

2 weeks, will be doing Richmond - Bell - Oberon - Taralga - Cooma - Tumut first day. 7 days total. Will let you know how the roads are, i think there is a dirt section of Link road to Khancoban still to finish repair.

sounds great, yeah I believe the link road is closed for road works which knocks out both Tooma and Elliott Way.

Blayney through Tuena to Crookwell is all bitumen now and is a great run too, maybe even better than Oberon - Taralga

I will talk to the boys about going that way, we usually go through oberon and Taralga, fuel up at Goulburn and ride to Cooma then over the mountains to Tumut. You could meet us at Oberon 25/2 about 9:30am for breakfast at DJ's and ride back to Goulburn with us if you were really keen.
