This pin style front stand would be my recommendation, but I'd put the springs on the outside of the frame and pack it with some washers, to get the perfect distance.

Up our way they have upgraded the Entrance Road and called it Central Coast HWY.

It has a median strip and two lanes each way plus a cycle way and pedestrian walkway on both sides.
