I would like to do that, but unfortunately on my last bike I got turned back from scrutineering for not running a sprocket cover, so was hoping to avoid that.

I have recently picked up a 99 ZX6 race bike and want to switch to race shift pattern. It seems that the front sprocket cover will be in the way and not allow me to simply rotate the shift linkage. I am guessing I will have to modify the existing sprocket cover to allow enough room but thought I ...
