But tell me is there a way to check if the chain has to much slack on it ?

Well first off all the problem started befor this winter with some strainge
ratteling noises.. a local mechanic check the tensioner wich in deed stopt doing his important job.. but could be fixed and was later re fitted...

But yesterday the whole noise came back but much louder.... that is what has ...

Hey there... on a kawazaki zx6r 1999 the cam chain tensioner stopt working as a result a loud noise you can imagine... but luckely no vavle hit a piston...
enginge rotates nicely....

Tell me is it all right to just only replace the cam chain tensioner.. or do I have to change bothe the tensioner ...
