get the seat re upholstered. my old man does heaps of bikes (tourers, sports, off road etc) as the seats are always too hard for people, if your uncomfortable then do something about it, you'll enjoy the ride alot more.Everyone's arse is different so the same mass produced slab of foam doesn't suit ...
