my gf is realy geting keen on the idea of geting a bike and learning to ride. i reckon it would be awsome but i have no idea what would be good for her. all i know is that she wants a road/trail tp learn on before she steps uptp a road bike. Any ideas?

not that any of you would prolly remember but last year i had my bike rear ended by a 4x4 and writen off :cry:

well anyways, yesterday (11 weeks later) i get a leter from Swan saying that if i sign the release forms ect and post it back to them they will finaly send my cheque!!! :D
