Nothing a set of aftermarket levers wouldn't fix, but on my 06 Z750, between 8 and 10k rpm the clutch lever gets an annoying "buzz" - gotta rest a finger on it to stop the noise boring into my brain through the helmet and earplugs.

Mine runs at about the same temperatures.
You'll know when the fan kicks in because your shins will get the hot air blast.
If you see it hit 106, then start to worry.
