well from what most of u's said my chacnes are slim in gettin some cash from the council.. so i guess i'll haev to live with my scratch marks :(

i got a hole in my radiator once because some council roadworkers shoveled hotmix and stones into the middle of a main road when the lights went red. this was in the middle of traffic and there was no signage or any kind of real warning that i was about to drive over roadworks. all that crap flung ...

well yappy. i've got proof that the hat was there. took some photos after it happend.

Was the cone on the road itself? was it market beforehand? If not... I would probably give it a go...

Although you should really keep a closer eye out for fluorecent orange witches hats :)

it wasn't a flourescent witches hat mate.

if u's all read carefully... it was a HARD HAT. the 1's that ...

ok here's the go...

i missed the airport turn off comming from the north. pulled ova just b4 the exit.. then i hit a fuken hard HAT on the side of the road.
this casued my bike to skid... and then drop!

who's liable for this incident??
can i get money off the council for this???

any1 got advice ...

Mitch it's a Barra after all so You'll probably have to change the rear spring, for one not Designed for Industrial use. Next ride Day we both go on I'll bring the infamous "Road side Suspension Workshop" & We'll get you closer to where it's meant to be. Too Easy.

I think they are 13490 ride away atm in canberra! something like that anyway! hmmmm, I think I will update mine to an '07 model when it comes out, I plan on keeping them for 2 yrs max.

BTW get that hacksaw onto the rear fender, or make a fender ...
