I got put onto someone called Max at Planet Disc in Wantirna South who is apparently one of the few people who can machine floating discs properly and he thinks he might be able to salvage them and said no major problem even if they go down to 3.2mm so I am going to keep my fingers crossed and take ...

Hi All,
Took my front discs off the zxr250 today and got them machined and also put new EBC pads in and on the first run it is a complete disgrace. Really bad “pedal” (lever) pulse and looking at the discs and judging by the frequency of the pulse it appears that the pad is biting either on or off ...

Serious green going on here too :P ... got it 3 weeks ago so am looking forward to ditching the L plate (2 more months). The crack in the left lower fairing was there when I got it, previous owner did a bodgy repair but I figure if I fix it Murphy will get me and I will drop it on that side :wink ...

Is it the really crappy crooked scanned one with the http://www.japi.com.ar watermark and the illegible diagrams that look like they were photocopied on a 1960 vintage xerox machine? ... I have that one and it sucks especially since I have a zxr250a and the wiring diags etc. are wrong :cry:
