Hi flow air filter may help , with PCIII map. You could try a high flow oil filter too.

Once you've done air flow (filter), exhaust and timing (maps) it's going to start getting expensive. If money isn't an issue and you were simply after power then alternate cams, bigger valves, having the head gas flowed. polished and ported would be a starting point. Then skim the head to reduce tollerances and increase compresion a smidge, lighter pistons, balance the crank shaft. It's a lot of money for small differences.

You could go the other way and keep the power as is and shave some weight. Perhaps start with the wheels, $2000 will get a set of Dymags shaving some 20Kg off the un spring weight, and I'm sure an after market swingarm would be lighter and maybe stiffer.

If you haven't already done it, go down 1 tooth on the front sprocket, and maybe try and find a quick action throttle. Cheap options for using your available power better in the ridable range of the bike.

Yeah, messing with the sprockets is the quickest and ironically the cheapest way to get more HP to the road quickly.... Think about it.... How often do you actually go 280Kmph? Probably pretty rarely.... so why not dump 30km from the top speed and get all those extra ponies to play with in 2nd to 5th gear!
The world is round. It has no point.

Keep the stock front at 15 and just go 2 up in the rear 3 max, much improvement.
