You would think it would be as a result of gadding about in high heels on Saturday night at the work Xmas party, wouldn't you! Nothing as exciting as that! We were taking the kites out yesterday, and I stood on a log to step over it. My foot that was on the log simply rolled (but the log didn't) and down I went! Mix that with a bit of a hangover, and there was a few choice swearwords (but thankfully no lunch!) coming out!

No new bike for a while...
I am off work for a while
But, I am hobbling about on crutches
Nor will I be able to get my new bike, as I won't be able to ride it! I've sprained my ankle & probably torn a couple of ligaments, the doctor actually thought I had broken it given the immediate pain, swelling and bruising, not to say that I can't put any weight on it. X-rays are clear though, thankfully!

Bugger Anne...
Hope you heal up well.
On the bright side, you can't drive due to your injury, which means you can get plastered at all the parties over Christmas!
