When this thread started was at 95.4 been riding the pushbike to and from work approx 20-30km per day, a few weight sessions, touch footy etc and as of yesterday tipped the scales at 99.8! Maybe the riding isnt negating the cheese and bacon pies

When Steph got pregnant I managed to put on a staggering 30kg.... I am going to the gym regularly at the moment... I lost 8 kg in the first few weeks but havent really budged in the last 2 ... Ill keep at it though... Need to get down to 100kg to fit back into my leathers lol
Yeah I do actually! And am finding Im able to relax a little more after having spent some energy on the way to or from work... In the last 2 weeks Ive saved approx $200 in fuel
Weight change this week: -1 kg (awesome - still on track!)
Average daily calories: 1582 (mostly booze)
This week, I tried to replace as much food as possible with wine. Seemed to work well
And I got some weight training putting the empties in the recycle bin. And some cardio when I thought I'd run out of booze, which got my heart racing
Road: 2005 ZX10R - not named yet

Thanks everyone.
That's good work Cath, just think of the power to weight ratio for the next track day... That say every Kg dropped is like 1hp gained - how awesome will our lap times be
Agh me plateaued this week, hate this unable to exercise business, but have done it before where had the tail end of the virus, threw myself back into training and got double sick and couldn't train for three months so have to wait for the stupdi virus to pass, might try and do slow walks up mountain goat hill next week.

I'm selfish, impatient and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I am out of control and at times hard to handle. But if you can't handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best.
