Down 1.5 this week to 108. Successful doubling of efforts. Efforts must now be continued

I had a lazy week and paid for it, back up to 89.5 (+0.4). Will double efforts this week.

Time to step up your exercise as your calories are already low enough. Increase your exercise volume by another 10-20% and you will be back on track.Cath wrote:Weight change this week: 0 kg![]()

Bit bummed out about that to be honest. I was really feeling good counting down that one kilo every week

I will be lol. I've seen the scales go below 100kg's but that was the weight at weigh in time so it stays.Mike wrote:Getting close mate. Work hard for the next 400 gramswullieb1 wrote:So close but yet so far away.

Made some modifications to the spreadsheet - if people don't like them I'll remove them....
- added date column, to assist with...
- added graph to show progress
I was also going to make modifications so that people could track more than just weight (eg chest, belly, arms, legs measurements), as I'm about to start doing that now that I've plateau'd (again). But I think that would make the sheet too messy.

You could maybe add in a couple of extra sheets (not sure if you can with google) and let folks track there sizes on that.
Maybe even worthile creating a sheet for each person then referencing that sheet on a front page. Would be easy enough in excel and i could throw something together for you if you want.

Yeah I thought of doing that too - and I think Google would support that.
I thought that'd make the doc too high maintenance though - setting it up, then locking cells so people don't update the wrong ones and screw it up, etc.
I won't stop you doing it though
