97.5 up 0.3.

Reckon the meds are casuing the gains as its pretty much been since i started taking the fecking things i've been putting on.

More work needed at the gym i reckon to use this as an advantage and go into a bulking phase for a bit. Need to keep the body fat off though.

My bad, :oops: using different scales and typo as well had me confused a bit :roll: 105 on one set of scales and 107 on the work scales.
Split the difference I suppose :)

I lost 3kg... but I have it to lose :)
Official starting weight: 127, current weight 124.

Last time I wore my leathers and they fit I weighed 110kg

Well a big drop this week.

Down to 95.6kg's. Thats a 1.4kg drop and its the lowest weight i've been since i was a lad lol.
