I have just serviced my front forks on my ZX-7 i replaced the oil with 5w oil.
If i wind the rebound all the way out the rebound is quick and normal but if you wind in 3 or more clicks it stiffens up alot.
Some people have said to me that sometimes the factory uses 2.5w oil ???
Is this correct i have never seen 2.5w.
