As one who can totally empathise with your situation, I hope that everything goes as close to plan as possible, and most of all, that the kids are given the best opportunity at a healthy happy life!

And while, unlike Vince, I don't know a friend of a friend, I do own a rather large baseball bat, and am well versed in it's usage!!!!!!!!

Thanks mate, I had Tyson in tears today because he didnt want to go home. It really rips your heart out but I have to do it the right way rather than play his games too I just don't want the kids seeing it all but he has no problem with abusing me in front of them It's got to the point last week he chased us down his drive way going off his nuts yelling and screaming I am guessing although they are 8yo the twins (Taylah and Tyson) are now seeing all this and understanding it a bit more "sigh"

Nah I havn't really said much to many people, only a handful knew. It's been going for a while now but due to my STUPID solicitor hasn't hit court so hopefully with seeing the new one tuesday things will start to happen now
