I love the descriptions they use when tasting the dishes "It feels harmonious in my mouth. It makes me happy" and "the moment the carp gelatine melts in my mouth is so nice in my mouth"
And the commentary, "Back to you!" and "Fukui-san, I believe that is the sea urchin going into the ice cream machine" cracks me up every time
im literally laughing in real life.
