Kelen kawasaki, is pretty good, i took mine for 1st service there, and only go back to buy filters now
not his fault, i'd juist rather know what im getting.
Westerns wouldnt even get a look in from me.
i rang about getting a rear tyre, told him the size, he asked what it was for i told him a z1000, he laughed and told me he'd never heard of one, then gave me a stupid price.

you can get a bottle of havoline 10/40 semi synthetic from bigw for 27 bucks and a filter for 15 if you ask for aftermarket and do it yourself in 30 mins if you ask any of those team moto mechanics to do much more than that they forget to put half the stuff back when they are finished.
A mate put me onto the havoline it says 4 stroke bike compatible and is in a 5 liter bottle at that price and comes in full and semi synth.

Go to Narellan Kawasaki Dude. Tell him your KSRC member.
Im surprised Team Mofo's didn't charge you a parking fee on top, to leave it there for the day

my 1st service on the zed was $220 and that included motul v3000 which is $80 for 4L... yea..thats what i said!!
mind u i dont have fairings in the way....
the 1st service is a MUST.
They replace oil & filter and check that everything is ok in there, and they are meant to adjust anything that may of loosened (chain, clutch/throttle cable, headstems etc) and check ALL the important bolts are still tight..
that way if it falls apart on ya, THEY are liable...

Narellan Kawasaki is the go.
they did my 6000 and im going out there again this week for the 12000
as hoffy said mention KSRC and he will immediately give you 10% off his already cheaper prices.
even though he is a fair hike out i rather get them to do it as i know they give a shit and they will do it properly.
i cant reccomend him highly enough.

He asked where i heard about him and i mentioned KSRC, said he was happy to hear that you guys are reccomending his service, i didnt mention the 10% discount, ill have to bring that up with him when i drop the bike off

Generally when it come to servicing from any major bike shop, just bend over and pay for the lube its less painful, there are some good shops out there like Narellan , and a few private guys thats come to your work or home....

Dropped the bike off yesterday, when booking i didnt have a ride home, Richard offered me a lift home as we live out the same way, now thats customer service! When i got there he organised to give me a new Fazzer 600 for the night so that worked out even eaiser.
Picked the bike up today, not much to say it was just a 1k service, price was a little more then i was quoted but didnt mind as i got the loaner from them for the night and didnt have to organise family to pickup/drop me off.
Some dude was there on a green 636 as i came in, was that you Mr Stompy?
