Why only the LHS out of interest, dropped and replaced?

It was knocked over i a car park and was replaced by dickheads insurance.It has the tiniest scratch on it bearly noticable.seems it was dickheads insurance it had to be replaced ;)

But I must say that is very resourceful and just so beyond what is the normal that I think congrats are in order.
