a friend of mine made one years ago for his 2000 model ZX-12R & it rubbed on the cores & wore a hole though it & then he had it repaired about 6 times in about a year so that makes me wanna pay out for a RadGard or something like that but good job there Hoffy

Geez, I find that very hard to believe, unless he was a complete tool and didn't mount it firmly on the radiator so it was allowed to rub ?? confused.
I would suggest that he doesn't work on his own bike anymore, let alone ride it !
