There is at least 1 black Falcon ute down here, has been pulling over a few bikes in the local twisties.....we also have a number of unmarked 4WD Landcruisers, although if you get a good look at the grill, you can see the small red & blue disco lights....I was chased by an unmarked late-model Falcon the other week, but hosed it through some very heavy commuter traffic !!   3 gear changes and a cool breeze later.....I think he gave up !

Lessons can be provided free of charge, on every HCC WSB trip. Next one scheduled for Feb/Mar 2009.

One trip with the HCC, and you will be lane-splitting in your sleep !!

I recently saw a lowered white ford, not sure what year it was but it was old... Im talking well before the AU model ford. It had mags, tinted windows and a body kit. I got close enough to the car to see it was definitely an unmarked policecar (lights on the back shelf, equipment on the dash, and 4 people in uniform in the car).

They shouldnt or perhaps even arent allowed to use P plates on the car. You only place P Plates on a car if you are a P restricted driver. So they either have a whole bunch of noob cops driving around on there P's or they are breaking the law for displaying P's. Geeesus you even get a fine if you have your P's up when your not ment to! So why are they ANY DIFFERENT ? its BS!

Get that pearl of wisdom from the same mate? ;)

I'd suggest you have a read of section 305 of the Australian Road Rules.
