I wake up 52 times an hour they worked out when I got hooked up to their sleep thing. I now have a CPAP machine but be fucked if I can sleep with this snorkel thing so frankly it's just gathering dust. I could lose weight whouch would resolve my problem largely but that would require giving up beer and very reluctrant to go there, kinda like my beer

im trying to get into the nsw police so maybe ill put it off for a while.
what really set an alarm off was when i heard that with sudden infant death syndrome one of the killers was
the infants rebreathing carbon dioxide.
apparently the "switch" doesnt develop until a later age. and in my case and some others it never develops.
one of the major precautions to take is to have a fan running in the room to keep up circulation.
i tried it and woosh it barely happens.
i need to get more scientific and analytical about when it happens as well.
for instance i noticed during heavy physical activity recently (400-600kms a week on the pushey)
it happened a lot more.
thanks for the help and feedback.
ill go see my gp about it.

Good luck with that. No one here will talk to you any more. They are VERY anti-Police.

Firstly: *woof*!!!
Secondly: If you join nswpf try not to be a dickhead, if you start finding yourself to feel like your king shit then you are a dickhead and are then elegible for duty in Highway Patrol and others will emphatically point you in that direction, if for no other reason so you can fuck off and not be a dickhead around them.
Thirdly: Apparently my mrs thinks i snore, personally i think its only happening after i have a good go at the gym, her & her earplugs say otherwise. I get a good night sleep and rarely wake up in the middle of the night.
Lastly: There are some things man is not meant to do, for me Diving, either in the ocean or the sky fully qualify for this generalised statement.

Not true, Jase - you guys and girls have a very hard job - you deal mostly with the bottom end of the gene pool, and receive very little credit for your efforts.
