Cats are for Pussies. If it doesn't have a Cummins engine in it it is not worth driving. ;) :kuda: :kuda:

oooh where's the popcorn??

Cummins. they only make stationary engines

What do you drive and which engine is in it??? I would think that the new Signature is better than the Cat C15 at the moment. The C 15 does not even meet the new emmissions that is why they are pulling out of automotive engines. The Excert did not meet their expectations.

At the moment, I got a shitty little ISC in an Iveco agitator :x

Here's a pic of the old rig carting a new boom arm off a Hitatchi 850 tonne excavator....... FH16... 580hp.. 110 tonne rated.... 8)

p.s. sorry Pete about the hijack.... you know how it is with boys and their toys........ mine bigger than yours.........

If your ISC has the caps fuel system then I would agree with you. The common rail is a far better engine.

I havn't got one of this exact machine but here's a similar 800 tonner  ... Note the person standing alongside the track.

I picked up the Boom Arm from Brisbane Wharf last year along with about 8 - 10 other low loaders carting various bits. We took it all to a mine at Gunnedah NSW, where it was to be assembled and put into digging some serious holes..........
