a mate of mine sold his 4WD on consignment, he had it advertised for 21k but wanted 20k and just couldnt sell it, took it to a dealer on parra rd and they sold his 4WD for him in 3 days  , he said they make their money by selling it to people on finance and sometimes getting a little bit more then what the seller is after too. He was totally happy with the process and was quite easy actually.

Will put it on soon. Wanted to see if I got any bites on the bike selling sites first. In the mean time I am happy to email anyone info if anyone on here is interested.

Cheers

My 2c
If you do humor the thort of going there DON`T bye from them
Many years ago a mate purchased a xv750 for a mate who desperatly wanted it ( even after i said not to ) from them .
It had and oil leak from the front cylinder ( v twin ) which the said they would fix for rwc and a dented front rim.
When bike was supposadly ready 3 days later i was told all goood.i went to pick it up for him only to find when i got home ( 45k`s ) my left leg leathers was saturated with oil from the cylinder and my bones wouldnt stop rattling from the supposed out of balance front wheel
I phoned as soon as i got in to have problem rectified only to be told i must have dropped it on the way home and it wasnt covered by warranty.
DONT BYE FROM THEM i no i will never again even enter their store for any reason.
Give me coffee and lots of it and no-one gets hurt

My other bike is a MINI MOKE

i dont get why everyone in here is so shocked ? They are in it for the business, not because they think a bike is so nice and looks so fab! Sure you will feel like youve had a bit of a kick in teh guts when they tell you its worth less than half wat you expect, but think about it, they have staff to pay, costs to cover. If they only make a few hundred dollars on the sale of your bike after trade its hardly worth it for them!

Point is, buy 2nd hand! that way the seller will feel bit more satisfied with hte price and the buyer will be just as happy!
