Hmmmm, i have Pilot Road 2ct rear and a pilot sport front atm, Both are ok, but i am not at all confident with the mix of tyres.

I have ordered a Set of Avon Storm ST's this time around. Ill let you know what they are like.

Still in the hunt for Chain and Sprockets. Vortex are nice, especially the coloured ones.... 8)

No real need for a trick front if you have the stock front sprocket cover, as you cant see it. A sunstar would be a cheap and reliable option there, then just get a vortex rear - done deal ;)

You can get a cheaper chain, depends on how much treatment you give it

Or you can get one of these so you can see the front sprocket. :D To see one already fitted you will have to look at Phil's bike, or wait another week until I fit mine. :kuda:

Hey Dennis - have a look here: http://www.whaccessories.com/ZRX%20Accessories.htm That will give you an idea of manufacturer names, so you can shop around for prices.

Regarding flipping eccentrics - you know your chain adjuster? Well:
  • check that your rear wheel is in alignment
  • loosen the pinch bolts at back of the swingarm
  • get the allen key that you would use to tension your chain and rotate the eccentric 180 degrees
  • do the pinch bolts back up
It raised the footpegs just over an inch I think, and makes the steering a little quicker. Some people will say that it makes the bike 'twitchy' at high speeds but it is all in their heads. Mine has got the eccentrics flipped, rear shocks lengthened by 5mm and the front lowered and it is still perfectly stable at high speed.

Ok thanks very much for that info on the chain adjusters i'll give it a go.
Wow didn't realise that they made so many belly pans for the ZRX.
Regards Dennis. :kuda:
