Can somebody tell me what the correct mesurement is for the float level iv'e read 14mm as a rule but i dont know what the ZXR 750 J2 may specify

From the mythical Haynes for these bikes...

J model = 13 mm +/- 2mm.
ZXR750 -> ZX7R. It's an addiction, I tell you.
