Yeah they do if they are really dry and starting to rust a bit under the rollers.

My money's on it being the chain, give it a good going over to make sure it's not stuffed and is adequately lubed.

Yeah your right, if you let it get that bad it could squeak.

I have had the bike up on the stand turned it on and at 7000rpm i hear the very fast rattling coming from the front... ive told my brother to take the bike for a ride... rev it passed 7000 and he heard this too... as i said ive stripped the bike down and its not my front wheels or brakes... so what could it be?

Is it constant or does it go "squeak" "squeak" "squeak"?................ Constant passed 7000rpm now
If its the latter, does it get faster with speed or engine revolutions?...... It gets faster with more speed and RPM....
Does it get louder and quieter? LOUDER!!

Think of this.... youve got your headers and you forget to tighen one up.... the piece of metal holding your header in rattling around... its that noise im getting... ive checked if this maybe the problem... the header adjusters are welded onto the pipe... im lost as to what it can be at this point

Cam chain, might be a touch loose and in need of adjustment. Valves maybe.
Remember too that in a car you have a firewall and bonnet to shield you from the noise of the engine, on a bike your in the same space it occupies.
You should definitely get any noise you think is not quite right checked, but engines are noisy things.

I do however think that if the noise your hearing is a high pitched rattle that increases with RPM, its likely that your cam chain needs attention.

I'm betting its your chain. Not the cam chain but the engine to sporocket chain. Lube the shit out of it and let us know. If you did'nt spend so much time on this forum you would have had it fixed by now.

Have a look at brake pads, they can rub intermitantly or constantly when they get a little raised on the edges, two ways to fix that
1. jam the brakes on hard a few times.
or
2. remove them, sand off the raised edges. (best option)

Another thought could be the cush drive might squeak a little?

ok so i went over it again this time with some INOX "no chukka" chain lube. and bye bye mr squeaky!! It actually says on the side of the can "STICKS LIKE SHIT!!" and it does.
haha

Also did the brake disc wipe down and checked the pads as recommended. Front ones have about 70% and i had the rear ones replaced not 2 months ago.
